How to use the new online platform for invoices and reports

Follow these simple steps to gain fast and secure access to your invoices and reports for fuels and goods:

🔹 Step 1: Access the platform
Visit: https://invoice.dieselor.bg

🔹 Step 2: Registration
Click the “Register” button on the homepage.

🔹 Step 3: Fill in the form
Enter the required information about your company/organization in the registration form.

🔹 Step 4: Confirmation by our team
After you submit the form, our team will review the information and approve your registration within one working day.

🔹 Step 5: Confirmation email
You will receive an email confirming that your registration has been approved.

🔹 Step 6: Log in to your account
Log in to the system using the username and password you created during registration.

🔹 Step 7: Access your documents
Once logged in, you will be able to:

• View and download all your invoices and notifications

• Access reports by period and product

• Retrieve declaration data and your full document archive

🔹 Step 8: Download invoices
To download an invoice:

• Select the desired invoice with your mouse

• Click the “Download” button

🔹Important Note for Accounting Firms and Authorized Representatives:

Accounting firms that manage more than one client must create a separate registration for each individual client.

The information in the platform is confidential and linked only to the specific client, not to the accountant or representative managing the account.

Each client has a dedicated profile that is not affected by which accounting firm or representative provides the service.

It is not possible to merge or link multiple clients under a single accountant account.
