Amendments to Regulation N-18 come into force
Starting today, October 30, 2015, the amendments to Regulation N-18 for registering and reporting of sales outlets by fiscal devices come into force.
After the publication in the State Gazette, it is now official that there are farmers wh0 are excluded from the compulsory installation of level gauges and fiscal devices to account for reporting the fuel used for own needs through departmental stations.
The promulgated amendments are the following:
1. Excluded from the requirement to install ESFM and level gauges is a person who is a farmer, who uses liquid fuels for own needs for vehicles, machinery or other equipment, registered under the Law on registration and control of agricultural and forestry machinery, from reservoirs which are not stationary, underground reservoirs.
2. These agricultural producers continue by following the old order - within one month (until Noveber 30, 2015) they must again submit data about their equipment, no matter if they have already sent it.
3. Everyone else must bring their activities according to the the requirements of the Regulation and install ESFM and level measuring systems, with an extended deadline until November 30, 2015.
