Untill March 31, 2013 all users of departmental fuel stations must comply with the amendments, which are about to be announced, in Ordinance N-18. The initial deadline was 31.12.2012 but at the end of the year it was extended by three months. From 01.04.2013 it will be obligatory that all departmental fuel stations have a level measuring system, no matter of the fact whether the fuel is used for own purposes. The measuring systems will transmit the data to the NRA and will report all received quantities in the tank and any change in them. What is more, both suppliers and acquirers of fuel, who are not obliged to install a level measuring system, will need to submit information for the deliveries in the site of the National Revenue Agency through an electronic signature.
