The law on fuel traders was postponed

October 27th was supposed to be the deadline for registration of the fuels traders to the heavy amendments of the law adopted a year ago. 

As for the small fuel merchants the requirements for equity capital and collateral are impossible, they again threatened with protests. The new regulations make it difficult not only for the representatives of the oil products sector, but also they will be a huge obstacle for the work of farmers, construction companies, the mining industry and others who fall under the weight of the new regulations.

The extension of the deadline was proposed by the NFBS leader Valery Simeonov. The reason is that the texts can not be addressed until October 27th when the members of the Parliament go on vacation because of the upcoming elections. According to Valeri Simeonov this is the last postponement.
